Reporting a concern
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, including an image, a quotation or an article in the Cue Stack archive, please send a notice through the contact page with:
- your name and a way to reach you;
- a description of the work you believe has been copied;
- the full address of each page on this site where it appears;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough for an electronic signature).
Notices that meet these points are reviewed promptly. Where a complaint appears valid, the material is removed or disabled and, where possible, whoever supplied it is told.
Counter-notices
If material you supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through the same page. Include the address where the material appeared, a statement made in good faith that it was removed in error, your contact details and your signature.
Misuse
Please only send a notice about rights you hold or represent. Knowingly false notices may have legal consequences.
